Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Orders under $79: $6.99 flat rate
Orders of $79 or more: free shipping

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where possible. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
